Almost forgot to update after that one week hiatus, but here it is! Now time to study for my final...


But seriously, it's good to be back (though I still actually have to finish Sunday's comic...) I've been pretty busy between being sick, moving into a new place, summer school homework and scripting/concepting/storyboarding the new comics, but honestly the guilt over not updating is worse than any of those things. 

Still, the week off was definitely nice. 

Hm... I must have something to talk about after a whole week of radio silence... The Dark Knight Rises was pretty sweet, it actually exceeded my expectations (and dat Anne Hathaway...) And the trailer for Man of Steel officially bumped up my interest from 0 to around 6ish on the 0-10 scale (though I still don't trust Snyder to make a Superman movie with heart.)

Apparently all the conspiracy theorists on the web are convinced something's going down on 7/27 in London, I guess if they're right I'll buy myself a tinfoil hat and stop drinking tap water. Here's hoping nothing happens though (besides the Olympic ceremony) because I think we all have too much drama to deal with with Aurora shooting still in our minds (oh my god what if it's a conspiracy by the movie theatres so they can search us and take our snacks so we have to buy their overpriced shit OH GOD OH GOD THEY'RE HERE THEY'RE COMING FOR ME I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING READ BETWEEN THE LIIIIINNNEEESSSSS)

Anyway, I'm enjoying my new place so far, even if I only have one sink so I have to wash my hands, dishes and brush my teeth all in the same place. There are a few other problems, but overall I think it's a pretty livable one-room space, my standards aren't very high anyway. Also my internet is no longer complete ass, so if anyone ever wants to play some Brawl over wifi let me know, because it's probably the only game I play anymore.

Well that's probably enough for this post, here's hoping I actually get Sunday's comic done fast enough to update on time,
